Standard provisions

According to the CGR Code of Conduct service, sponsorship and certain hospitality agreements must stipulate which data must be disclosed in the Transparency register and which party will disclose the information. The CGR has developed standard provisions that can be used in the agreements. There are five types of agreements involved:
  • Service agreements between a pharmaceutical company and a collaboration of healthcare professionals or institution in which healthcare professionals are employed:
